Papillon puppys change a great deal in the first 12 months of life and

 it is nearly impossible to say with absolute confidence that a puppy

 is going to be show quality. So many things can go wrong.

Therefore I do not sell any puppys as show prospects they are all

 sold as pets. But I will say if I think they could be shown but there

 are no guarantees in life.
